everyone want to be CB

Yday I paid a visit to crosswords… I love readin fiction and was trying to c whts new… when I approached Indian fiction I was surprised to c many small novels with a striking similarity… all of them screamed that they had fun or comedy inside with a little bit of romance in it… I mean I took out few books… one was written by an iitian, one by an engineering student, one by a fellow from IIM-A, n so on… guess everyone wanted to pen down their thoughts… CB has inspired many to start writing… to pen down their skills… though all had the same concept.. a guy with couple of boys n girls… the college life… n how the guy gets the girl in bed… I picked up one book frm the crossword recommends section… I finished readin it this morning… it was kinda ultra soft porn… every alternate page the hero tries to make up with diff females… maybe CBs latest book 2 states had inspired this fellow in writing this novel…

road rage

Nowadays incidence of road rage are just increasing to a large extent… maybe the stress and frustrations in daily life have put a toll on the minds of people… yday I had a similar experience… a person had parked a bike on a road by one side… a car came and started honking in front of the bike… I was behind the car and was wondering y he was honking so loudly… the owner of the bike came and this person got out of car and started shouting as y the bike was parked there… it seems that the car owners routine area of parking was just in the area ahead of the bike… argument followed… it seemed so stupid of tht car owner… I mean if at all he wanted to park all he could have done was go ahead of the bike and then reverse and park in front of the bike in his usual area… or still better there was open space on the opposite side of the road… but still he had to shout and park his car… for this silly reason both the person lost their cool and increased their body stress levels all for nothing… and whn I was smiled at the stupidity of the car owner I got a response ‘’nahi doctor sahib…hi hasnyachi goshta nahi aahe…it’s a very serious matter’’(no doc..this aint a laughing matter…it’s a very serious matter)…

complex human mind

After having to interact with different people all day long throughout the year I have come to a simple conclusion that all people have all types of emotions in them… only thing is they present in different amounts at different times in front of different individuals… one who seems strongest may be the weakest in front of people they love… people who seem to be the most serious have a funny bone in them… it just needs to be tickled at the right time… one should have the knack of knowing how a person is to be dealt with in different situations and that would result in great personal relations…

I have recently taken up 15000 free sms scheme on my cellphone… I made groups on my cell n started sendin msgs to many of ppl on my list… I made a group of some elderly ppl who I felt were of one generation senior to me n started sendin msgs to them as well… at first I was a bit apprehensive about d response as some msgs were funny, some adult humor, some kiddish… but when I first met all these people after a week or so all were so happy… everyone thanked me for the msgs as they helped them relieve some stress out of their lives… after a mth or so some from rotary even suggested givin me a letter of appreciation for my msgs…  when I missed a couple of days I started getting msgs if I was alright… I mean such was the response of my msgs… I never thought tht sendin a few msgs everyday would bring these gentlemen closer to me…. And put a bonus on me as I helped them reduce their stress in their everyday busy life…

Anyone reading this want their stress to be reduced please send me their cell numbers… hehehe…. And ya as the sms content Is varied don’t forget to let me knw if the msgs content would be okay even if its above 18 yrs only…

Dads first ride in my car

I had bought a new car with my own money for the first time in my life… I have been drivin car frm the age of 14 whn my dad first taught me to drive a car… I didn’t have any new, exciting feeling about owning my own car… I mean it was nothing sensational bout it… after buyin it everythin went on as usual for couple of weeks when one day we decided to go for dinner… our whole family… and I suggested we go in my car… I sat in the drivers place reversed it for all others to get in… my dad sat besides me in the front n said… ‘’finally I get to sit in my sons own car!!! I was waitin for u to give me a ride in ur own car…” my sudden feelin was “y… whts so special in it…” but then as I drove I realized his feelings… it would be same for me to sit in Rias first car… I had tears in my eyes as the feelin tht I had deprived Dad of tht special feeling sank in… I decided to make amends with my next big thing… surely ill some day make him have that special feeling of being a proud father….

Mayawatis spending spree

200 crores for a rally???? Bloody waste of money… and all her supporters… are they morons??? Don’t they understand what 200 crores can do for the people of UP??? People get killed for Rs 100… how can the people of UP allow such ghastly thing… I am using the word ‘ghastly’ instead of only ‘stupid’ as it is indeed horrendous to spend Rs 20,00,00,000 on a stupid rally; when people are dying in this country for mere couple of thousand rupees… Mayawati may build many statues of hers… but let God give sense to her that it shouldn’t happen that people look upto these statues as a curse that brought on them their poverty….

Funny encounter with a patient – the ‘bheja fry’ type

I had a patient of severe conjunctivitis from 15 days and he was just putting rose water hoping that it will settle on its own… I prescribed him one drop and one ointment… I get a call in the evenin from the patient…

Pt - hello doc..sorry for disturbin u but I have put those drop and ointment which u prescribed..i hope they wont cause any problem
Me - (surprised) I gave them so that u will recover… y did u ever think that they will create problems??
Pt - no I was just worried… by the way what shall I eat…
Me - well anything…
Pt - rice?
Me - anything
Pt - non veg?
Me - anything
Pt - anything cold?
Me- anything
Pt - can I take a bath
Me :-(irritated) yes.. y did u think u cant take a bath?
